Wow! I just say wow!
Metacafe's idea about Producer Awards is big, really big! I would claim it is the beginning of WEB 3.0 or something along that level.
I published a short simple video there last week mostly for fun and after a couple of days several thousands visitors at Metacafe had already seen it. I expect to earn my first $100 in a day or two. Metacafe is a bigger revolution than Youtube because it gives something back to it’s users other than just the attention from other members and visitors of the site. I would earn nothing if I posted my Video on Youtube. Because of the Producer Awards the members at Metacafe are forced to become creative and create good content -they learn quickly that trashy stuff won’t pay them!
I know that Metacafe are getting a lot of visitors, but I believe they will be getting even a whole lot more in a foreseeable future. You basically have all the Producer Award members working for you. Is Metacafe's server ready to take on the world I wonder? Metacafe is destined to become the biggest!
